Request deletion of your SnapRise account

SnapRise is provided by Code Rustlers. You can request deletion of your SnapRise account and associated data by following the steps on this page.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at hello@snaprise.io with the subject line SnapRise Account Deletion Request.
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your SnapRise account.
3. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

Your SnapRise account and login identity
Alarm settings and saved alarm schedules
Selected missions, mission history, streaks, and app preferences
Support information associated with the account deletion request

Data kept and retention period

Mission photos are not permanently stored on our servers and are used only for verification.
Limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing, or enforcement of our terms.
Backup copies, technical logs, or security records may take up to 90 days to be removed from all systems.
Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.

We aim to delete or anonymize account data within 30 days of a valid deletion request, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted for the reasons listed above.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can also contact hello@snaprise.io to request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your full account. We will review the request and process it where technically possible and legally required.
